FAM360 offer Health and Safety Training to individuals or groups who wish to improve there knowledge of Health & Safety within the UK and gain a formal qualification. Licensed by Chartered Institute of Environmental Health we are pleased to offer training for the C.I.E.H. Level 2 Certificate in Health and Safety.

HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE WORK PLACE This qualification will benefit anyone in a work environment as it provides candidates with an understanding of health and safety that will enable them to contribute to any risk assessment based health and safety management system. Successful completion of the training programme and assessment will enable candidates to understand: • Health and safety requirements placed on employers and employees. • Hazard and risk and main causes to workers. • Health safety and welfare provisions in the workplace. • The importance of following safe systems of work procedures and rules. • Hazards and controls in respect to both safety and occupational health risks. • How there own actions can reduce risks to health and safety. On completion of the course which is approximately 6 hours duration candidates sit a 30 question multiple choice exam paper under timed (1 hour) exam conditions. Candidates who achieve 20 or more correct answers will pass the examination and receive an accreditation certificate. The benefits of taking this course and gaining the qualification will help any individual understand the health and safety legislation in this country and demonstrate to a potential employer or existing employer there commitment to working safely.
